I hate this time of year. I’m sitting here thinking … does anyone actually learn this stuff? I mean, does my school suck this bad? Everybody that can get outta this school has … but, well, I guess it didn’t hit me until today that I don’t think we’ve actually ever learned this stuff … I mean not even close. It was somewhere after answering 20 questions that I had no idea what the right answer should have been – that I really started wondering about this stuff. And why our school? You’d think all of those worksheets that I actually do – not fall asleep like most of us – might help a little. And I don’t get how I do this crappy work and still do worse than Mindy! Really? She does nothing in or out of class … smarts must run in her family. And me? I’m stuck with worksheets.
